A blueberry and vanilla protein powder smoothie is perfect for a post workout drink.
For those who workout, it may be a suggestion for a different type of a drink with protein powder.
It’s ideal for people who don’t consume enough protein. It can also replace breakfast for people who are on a diet or want to lose weight. The protein in your breakfast is important for the metabolism of the body.

I’ve been drinking a smoothie every day for over a month. It replaces one of my meals for the day, mostly breakfast. So I keep a good shape all summer. That’s why I decided to share with you some of my favorite smoothies.
Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and are very useful.
Whenever I make a smoothie I put a banana in it to make it thick.
Almond milk is also very useful and tasty.
Sometimes, I add a little honey if the blueberries are sour. I just love sweet fruits and also sweet smoothies.
Of course, whoever wants can do the same smoothie without protein. It would also be very tasty. In this case, however, I would replace the almond milk with vanilla milk. The aroma of vanilla mixed with blueberries and a banana is a very good combination.
