I love carrots in salads, cooked, in juices and in smoothies.
Today’s smoothie is made with them and other fruits that I like. Not everyone likes carrots in drinks. I think that the secret for those who don’t like them in smoothies is to put less. I like carrots and putting more isn’t a problem for me.
The mango is one of my favorite fruits. I love it’s smell and the combination with carrots and other fruits in this smoothie. I always use banana when I make it. The orange adds a very pleasant citrus flavor.
Honey is added if you like it or if the smoothie needs extra sweetness. Almost always all fruits are sweet enough and you don’t need to add honey. It’s a matter of taste, you decide.

How to make Carrots, mango, banana, orange, and honey (optional) smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1 Carrot
• Half a mango
• 1 Banana
• Half an orange
• Honey (optional)
• Ice
• Cold water
Preparation:
Just put everything in the blender and mix well.
