A smoothie in the morning or at any time during the day is one of my favorite drinks.
When I need to get into shape I put it into my menu. I usually replace one meal of the day with a smoothie. This is my way to lose or maintain weight. I decided to do a two week cleaning of my body by consuming more smoothies and salads.
The benefits of eating fruits are well known. Instead of taking tablets with vitamins, I get them when I drink a smoothie. Of course, only fruits can’t get everything that is needed for the body, so I try to have a balanced diet. Every day I make different combinations of fruits and that’s why I don’t get sick of them.
In my smoothie, there are always bananas and ice, all the other ingredients are according to what fruits I have at home and what smoothie I want to drink. The banana and the ice thicken the smoothie, so I always use them.

How to Make Pineapple, Mango, Banana and Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
• One banana
• Half a mango
• Pineapple
• Half an orange
• Ice
• Water or any kind of milk (if necessary)
• Honey (optional)
Preparation:
This is always the easiest part. Put everything in the blender and break into a smoothness. Fast, easy and tasty.
Because I do a low calorie smoothie, I add water if it is necessary to add liquid. You can replace the water with milk of your choice.
This is a very delicious, tropical taste, which I often prepare. I hope you like it!
