I love raspberries and that’s why I’m going to share with you one of my favorite smoothies made with them.
Of course, as always, I’m going to use other fruits. I like the different combinations of fruits, so I always get a different smoothie. Maybe that’s why I don’t get bored because every day I make a different one.
It’s summer and one of my favourite things is drinking a cold smoothie every day.

Why do I love smoothies? Because I love fruits and because they give my body many useful minerals and vitamins. I make them in smoothies because I don’t get a bloated belly and feel better.
Now, it’s the season of raspberries and I use fresh ones, but in the winter I use them frozen.
The peach is also is one of my favorite fruits and it useful as all of them.
I add a banana to every smoothie that I do because it makes the smoothie thick.
I add almond milk, so it gets even tastier.
Sometimes I add honey if the raspberries and the peach are sour.
How to make Raspberries, peach, banana and almond milk smoothie
Ingredients:
• Raspberries
• Peach
• Banana
• Almond milk
• Honey ( optional)
• Ice
Preparation:
Just put all the fruits in the blender and blend well. Fast, easy, healthy and tasty.
This is today’s smoothie, I think it looks very delicious. But it doesn’t only look good, it’s very tasty too. I hope you like it!
