Strawberry, banana and vanilla milk, I think this is my favorite combination for a smoothie.
An incredibly tasty beverage that looks like a shake, but in a healthy form. I replace one meal of the day with a different smoothie, and that was my goal in the last two weeks. I’m trying to eat more fruits (I prefer them in a smoothie variation) and more vegetables.
Healthy eating can be delicious, even if it’s a must. In this case it’s exactly the same. If you haven’t tried this strawberry smoothie yet, I advise you not to wait any longer. I think you will like it, as much as I do.

How to make strawberry, banana vanilla and milk smoothie

Ingredients:
• 2 bananas
• Strawberries
• Vanilla milk (my sweetened soy vanilla milk)
• Ice
I like this smoothie thick, so I put two bananas. I use vanilla soy sweetened milk so I didn’t add nothing for sweetening. The ice that I add thickens the smoothie, cools it down and makes it look like a strawberry shake with ice cream.
Preparation:
Put everything in the blender and blend well.
Fast, easy, tasty and healthy. I hope you like it!
