The mango is one of my favorite fruits. It’s in today’s smoothie, as well as the pineapple, banana and apple. It could be called a tropical smoothie.
With all the tropical fruit and vanilla milk, it’s taste is irresistible. A wonderful fresh and cold drink that supplies the body with vitamins.
I love mango, I love to eat it, also in the form of juice or as in today’s case, in a smoothie.
I also love pineapple and as we know it is recommended for weight loss. This is great because in most cases a smoothie is drunk when we lose weight. There are many diets with smoothies that are quite successful.
I always put a banana in the smoothies because it makes them thick.
The apple is a very good addition to the other fruits and is very useful.
The vanilla milk, in my opinion, is the special ingredient that makes the smoothie irresistible. I use vanilla soy milk because I love it. You can replace it with whatever milk you like.
Ice is obligatory in every smoothie because it cools the drink down and makes it thicker. If you use frozen fruits, you don’t need to add ice.
How to make a Mango, pineapple, banana, apple and vanilla milk smoothie
• Half a mango
• 100 g pineapple
• Half an apple
• A banana
• Vanilla milk
The easiest part is the preparation. Just put all the products in the blender and blend well. Pour into a suitable glass and enjoy a very delicious smoothie with mango and pineapple.
