The mixed berries I’m going to use in today’s smoothie are blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. Now it’s summer and I use fresh fruit. In the winter I use frozen mixed berries.

Everyone knows how useful these fruits are. They are recommended in almost all diets and in healthy eating. That’s why I’m happy to add them to my smoothies.
I always put banana because it gives thickness to the smoothie, and I love it too.
Almond milk is also very useful and tasty.
Sometimes the berries are sour and then I add honey. This is optional. I love sweet smoothies and so I often add it.
How to Make Mixed Berries and Almond Milk Smoothie

Put everything in the blender and mix well.
