Peach and vanilla milk in a smoothie is a very good combination in my opinion. Adding an apple and a banana gives a very tasty and useful drink.
If you’ve read my blog, you know that I’m a big fan of the smoothies. I love fruits in the form of a smoothie, because they don’t bloat my belly. When I eat fruits I always have that problem.
I also like that I can combine different fruits and different kinds of milk every time. So I drink a different smoothie every day.
I prefer to drink smoothies instead of fruit juices, because they have all of the fibers. As we know fibers are good for the body and it is important to include it in our menu everyday.
I drink smoothies and that way my body gets the necessary vitamins.
A peach, an apple and a banana are the fruits I’m going to use in today’s smoothie.
I always put a banana in my smoothie because it makes it thick.
Vanilla milk is one of my favorite ingredients in the smoothies. It makes the smoothie much tastier. I use soy vanilla milk which is sweetened. You can use whatever vanilla milk you like.
Sometimes, when the fruits aren’t sweet, I add a little honey. If you want a sweeter smoothie, you can add a little bit of honey.

• A banana
• Vanilla milk
• Honey (optional)
The preparation is easy. Just put all the fruits, vanilla milk and ice in the blender and blend well. That’s it! So fast, delicious and healthy.
