Carrots and strawberries are a good combination for juices and smoothies. In today’s smoothie I have added other fruits and almond milk to make it tastier.
Not everyone loves carrots in juices and smoothies. In this case, I would put only one carrot plus other fruits, so the taste of the carrot isn’t the dominant one. Ideal for people who don’t like carrots in smoothies.
I don’t put carrots very often in my smoothies, but for variety, it’s a good option.
The other ingredients in today’s smoothie are a peach, some strawberries, a banana and almond milk. All of the ingredients are very useful and we get a very tasty and healthy drink.
I use sweetened almond milk, so I don’t add honey or any other type of sweetener. You can use whatever type of milk you like and if necessary, you can add honey.
I like smoothies because they don’t bloat my belly and contain lots of useful fibers.
How to make a Peach, carrot and strawberry smoothie
• A peach
• A carrot
• Several strawberries
• A banana
• A little bit of almond milk
The preparation is quick and easy. Put all the fruits, almond milk and ice in the blender and blend well. That’s it, you’ve already got a delicious and healthy smoothie.
