A smoothie with a pear and vanilla milk? Yes, please! It’s so delicious that I could drink it almost every day.
As you know, if you’ve read my blog I’m a great fan of the smoothies. Now, in the summer, I drink one every day, replacing one of my meals for the day. So I’m staying in good shape and supplying my body with vitamins.
Every day I prepare a different smoothie and this is my suggestion for today.
Pear, banana and vanilla milk is the perfect combination for me.
The pear is a very delicious fruit. It’s one of my favorite ones so I’m going to use it in today’s smoothie.
I always put banana in my smoothie because it makes it thick.
The vanilla milk is this special ingredient that makes it very tasty. The aroma of vanilla changes the whole smoothie. I use vanilla soy milk because I love it. You can use vanilla milk or whatever type you like.
How to make a pear, banana and vanilla milk smoothie

• A banana
• Vanilla milk
The easiest part is always the preparation. Simply put the sliced fruit, vanilla milk and ice in the blender and blend well. That’s it! In no more than five minutes you’ll have a delicious and healthy smoothie.
