Strawberry yogurt smoothie is a very fresh and delicious drink. If you’ve already read my blog you know that I’m a smoothie lover. I love to drink them and I love to make different combinations. They are tasty, healthy and they provide my body with beneficial substances. They also help me control my weight. When I want to lose a few pounds, I replace my breakfast or other meals with a smoothie.
I love strawberries, I like to put them in smoothies and now I will show you a variant that I like with yogurt.
How to Make a Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie
Here’s what ingredients you need to do it:
- 2 bananas
- honey (optional if you like a sweet smoothie)
- water (optional)
This is always the easiest part. In the blender, put the cut fruits, add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into a glass and enjoy the delicious and healthy drink with pleasure.
